Many participants present with high behavioral health needs and have experienced significant trauma, including abuse, neglect, and exposure to violence.<\/p>\n<p>The program provides trauma-informed case management, behavioral health support, and stabilization services designed to address underlying needs, reduce the risk of re-offending, and support healthy behavior change. These services are critical to promoting successful community reintegration and preventing re-incarceration among this highly vulnerable population.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>RAVE \u2013 Reentry, Accountability, Vision,\u00a0Empowerment<\/h2>\n<p>RAVE is a peer support group for formerly incarcerated<br \/>\nindividuals who are transitioning back into the community.
